ZEISS: Back Office Support Learnership Programme 2024

Respponsibilities:

• Actively engage in classroom-based learning sessions to acquire theoretical knowledge.
• Apply acquired knowledge through on-the-job training, working on real projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and other learning activities as part of the program curriculum.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Education / Professional Certification

• Matriculation certificate (Grade 12)

NB. Must be willing to study further – You will be enrolled for a Diploma in Business Management as part of the learnership
